How do pre-orders work and when should I use it?

• The pre-order window is open Sunday 8am-Thursday 8pm for pickup on Saturday 8am-12pm. Please visit our "Order" page to place your pre-order. We recommend using the pre-order option to guarantee your order or if you plan to order 4 or more items. This helps us plan our schedule, bake things as fresh as possible, and allows the farmstand to operate independently of our repeat customers

How do I receive my order?

• We offer curbside pickup from our home at 21 Grisham Circle, Bella Vista, AR 72715. Pickup is available the Saturday after your order between 8am-12pm. After your order is placed, you will get an email with pickup instructions

Do you offer delivery?

• No. Due to limited availability, we do not offer delivery at this time

Can I cancel my order?

• Yes, if you need to cancel your pre-order, we can accept cancellations until 7pm Friday. If a cancellation request is submitted before this time, the payment will be cancelled. If a cancellation request is not submitted, the payment method on file will be charged as a normal transaction, even if the product(s) is not claimed during the pickup window

How do I pay?

• Digital payment must be submitted at the time of check out for all pre-orders. We accept all major Debit/Credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
